Bank is conclusive and bounden on the Card Holder. - The Bill of fare is not transferable
- The Banking concern will not be liable for any deficiency in services or to perform whatsoever obligation in that location under where such failure is attributed, straight or indirectly to any malfunction of ATM, Network, Menu, POS ,SMS/electronic mail commitment, temporarily insufficiency of funds, whatsoever dispute or other circumstances across its control

Depository financial institution may , at its discretion , make available to the Cardholder more services on the Card , ATMs , POS Terminals, Internet or otherwise and/or other devices through Shared Networks for the Cardholders convenience and apply. DISPUTES
